Chief of Staff for Waldo Rehabilitation, Health and Wellness, Dr. Kelly Miller graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1980 and began clinical practice the same year. Since then, Dr. Miller has added Board Certifications in Thermography, Acupuncture and Naturopathic Physician. Dr. Miller is a past Board member for District II of the Missouri State Chiropractic Association and served as Associate Doctor for the Missouri State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. An accomplished speaker, Dr. Miller recently spoke at the Annual Worker's Compensation Seminar and the Bar Association for Missouri and Kansas.

Dr. Ramon Nichols completed undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri in 1978, then graduated from medical school in 1982 from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. Nichols completed his internship at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, MO and his residency at Hurley Hospital in Flint, MI in 1986. In 1998, Dr. Nichols was Continuing Medical Review Officer in Phoenix, AZ.
