This section of our website is dedicated to letting you know what services are available at our office that could benefit your patient. Our facility specializes in the non-surgical treatment of spinal and extremity neuromuscular conditions, including migraine and other vascular headaches, disc and facet syndromes, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia and diabetic neuropathy. By combining the disciplines of medical, chiropractic, acupuncture and physical therapy we are able to give your patient a comprehensive integrative approach to his or her particular condition. Our function is to help you manage our patient's neuromuscular problems. This is what we do best. Our clinic and providers offer many services atypical to many practices. Besides traditional chiropractic manipulations, many non-forceful and light force techniques are available for those patients with more fragile conditions such as osteoporosis or post-surgical fusion. For those patients who are afraid of needles, we have electrical acupuncture available, which is stimulation by a q-tip probe with Microcurrent.

Internal Disc Decompression therapy (IDD) is available for those patients with bulging, protruding, herniated and/or degenerative discs, radiculopathy, or facet syndrome. This revolutionary technology was developed and patented by Dr. Norman Sheely of Sheely Clinic in Springfield, Missouri, the inventor of the TENS unit. The treatment boasts an 86% success rate.

Anodyne therapy is available for diabetic neuropathy. This is a non-invasive passive infrared light therapy that provides a "return of the protective sensory threshold" in the feet of 65% of patients within 30 days.

An overview of all our treatments are found within the website under individual treatment headings. Referral forms are available under the chiropractic and physical therapy referral headings. Please feel free to contact our office at 816-523-4600 for any additional information. Doctor packets are available.
